About Carly’s Confections

Whenever I was stressed, overwhelmed, or simply didn’t know what to do, I found myself in the kitchen. There was something comforting about creating something from scratch and sharing it with someone else.

I grew up in an Italian family where food was love. It brought us together, made ordinary moments special, and was one of the ways we showed each other we cared. I’ve always had a natural love for food, and over time, baking became my own way of sharing that feeling.

After working professionally as a baker, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Carly’s Confections is that dream come to life, a place where I can create the things I love and share them with you.
